Through Nova Training, who provide work experience to young people aged 16-18, we have taken on two fantastic young people exploring administration and multi-trade work.
They are spending one day a week with us to:
- Learn new skills
- Develop confidence
- Gain insight into the world of work
These placements offer young people and job seekers the chance to take their first steps into employment, to build skills they might not otherwise have access to, and to discover career paths they may never have considered.
Investing in work experience is about more than just fulfilling a commitment – it’s about shaping the future workforce and strengthening the ties in our community.
