We’re happy to announce that Madison French has won the Employee Recognition Award for the first quarter of 2025!

Madison is a Contract Administrator for Purdy. She exemplifies our company values through her outstanding contributions and exceptional work ethic.

She was nominated because:

“Madison has shown great innovation in her day to day works and helping the team achieve 100% compliancy which got formally recognised by a client. Not only does she complete her daily tasks with ease, she’s also a real team player helping to make sure all works are complete and kept on target. She is consistent and should be rewarded for the hard work she shows daily.”

Madison is also great with clients, and demonstrates our Group values during every interaction:

Innovative: Madison’s innovation helped the team achieve 100% compliancy by maintaining the servicing programme from the client and coming up with a strategic fresh service plan to get the servicing back to 100% compliancy within 5 months. This was recognised and praised by the client.

Integrity: Madison shows great integrity by supporting her manager in ensuring all work is covered and the client is dealt with in a professional manner.

Reputable: Madison always represents our company well and this has been recognised by the client, who told her manager: “Madison is a joy to work with.”

Reliable: Madison is always available without fail. She shows great reliability every day, going above and beyond to ensure all her work is complete.

Thank you, Madison, for demonstrating our values and continuously striving for excellence. Your commitment and hard work make a substantial difference to our team. Madison received her £150 worth of vouchers from Dave Dunbar, Operational Supervisor at Purdy.

Exceptional Nominees

While Madison emerged as the winner, we had two other exceptional candidates who exemplify our company values:

Joe North, Contracts Administrator, Purdy – Nominated because Joe demonstrated remarkable initiative by personally assisting supervisors to clear rubbish from sites when the team was short-staffed and their truck driver was on annual leave. His quick response and willingness to go beyond his role resulted in resident satisfaction and showcased our reliability and reputation values.

Maisie Baker, Contract Administrator, Spokemead – Nominated because Maisie has proven to be an invaluable team member who consistently steps up to cover additional roles and responsibilities. She expertly handles challenging situations, defusing tensions and always finding solutions. Maisie’s dedication to helping colleagues, training new staff, and maintaining a professional demeanor makes her a credit to the Group.

A Difficult Decision

Our employee awards run on a quarterly basis and are an excellent opportunity for our team to nominate a colleague that they feel deserves a bit of extra recognition for effort shown and delivering on our values.

The selection process is always challenging so the nominations are put out to the vote, and this time, Madison’s achievement of 100% compliancy, her consistent performance, and the specific client recognition she received helped secure her the highest number of votes.
