The Kinovo Group, including Purdy, Spokemead and Dunhams, have signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant to show its commitment to employing and supporting ex-military personnel moving into the civilian working environment. The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise by the nation ensuring that those who serve, or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, should be fairly treated and face no disadvantage.
Lauren Parkinson, Group HR Manager at the Kinovo Group comments: “Signing up to the Covenant is a great way of formalising our commitment to supporting the personnel that serve in the armed forces and their families.
