The two Project EV dual charging units are now up and running and in full working order at Whitehill Golf Club.

We have partnered with a company called Fuuse that provides an operating system for EV chargers. It is a flexible charge management platform that is compatible across any OCPP chargers, fully configurable for all EV charging needs, and scalable across settings.

Dan Bevan, Purdy – Renewables Contract Manager said “We chose to partner with Fuuse for many reasons…

  • The flexibility of being able to apply the system in a variety of different branded chargers so that we are not restricted to a specific brand of charging point.
  • The simplicity of the user interface from the demo we were shown.
  • Multiple Charging points can be managed by just one back-office platform.
  • Fuuse offer 24/7 back-office maintenance support.

We have been so pleased with the support and service we have received so far and are looking forward to working closely with Fuuse as we grow this area of our business.”

This site will be used as a testing site for our ‘Free Charger Install Scheme’.  As an option for those potential customers that cannot afford the up-front cost, we can offer to install a charger ‘Free of Charge’ under a variety of different contract lengths, where we will be reimbursed by the people that pay for the charging at the point and owners of the site itself can also make some revenue from the charger.
