Considering that almost half of the UK workforce are women, many of whom are confronted by the physical and emotional challenges of the menopause, it’s a subject that needs more visibility.
To support this, we want to be loud and proud and signing the Workplace Pledge helps us to do this and join 2,700 employers who have committed to the pledge. We hope that collaboratively we can put an end to women feeling that they need to reduce their hours, not speak up, pass on promotions or even quit their jobs
