Our ethos and practice is entirely customer-centric. Specific training is provided in customer service/diversity and disability awareness.  A code of conduct/working in occupied premises policy is in place governing employee’s actions, appearance and behaviour. Full uniforms are provided and vehicles liveried.

Employees are trained to respect customers’ privacy, property and contents. All work is conducted within the greatest care with emphasis on conducting as minimal disruption as possible; all premises are left clean and tidy.

Purdy Contracts also employs the services of Language Line and all of their staff carry language line cards which display nationality details that non English speaking customers can point to. A translator representing Purdy will then contact them.
