Just been speaking to the daughter of tenant in Woolmer Gardens. She has asked me to pass on her thanks and gratitude for all those of you who helped with her boiler replacement today. She was under alot of pressure from her mother regarding this and was so relieved that the problem was resolved so quickly and efficiently.

I want to pass on the thanks of Mrs Morrisson for the work your operative did to remedy the fault with her Electricaire unit. She is immensley pleased and awaits your final invoice. Purdy can do no wrong in her opinion - well done.

I also want to thank you for responding as quick as you did. Its nice to see that at least one of our contractors is willing to do the right thing.
