Property Services Division

Our Property Services division offers a full range of services, including planned internal and external refurbishment works and maintenance, 24 hour responsive repairs - 7 days a week, void property works, and cyclical programmes, particularly in the social housing sector. Purdy pride ourselves on our excellent record for Customer Care and Resident Liaison, making the concerns of Residents a top priority and have a stringent Code of Conduct for working in and around occupied buildings.

We also provide a full 24 hour emergency call out service for our contracts.
